Aura’s nearby features use proximity information to enable mutual-only encounters. Nearby functionality is consent-based: you control whether the nearby feature is active. Nearby encounters are mutual-only, meaning you are only visible to users you have already matched with.
Aura is designed to be privacy-preserving and non-stalkable. The specific technical implementation of location handling, including what location data is stored, how it is processed, and how long it is retained, is designed with privacy as a foundational principle.
9. Subscription and Purchase-Status Information
Aura offers subscription features. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Aura does not directly collect or store your payment card details. We may receive purchase-status information (such as whether a subscription is active) from the applicable store to provide you with your subscription features.
10. Device, Diagnostic, Security, and Support Information
We may collect device identifiers, operating system information, app version, and diagnostic information to maintain, improve, and secure the Service. We may also collect information you provide when contacting support.
