How to delete your UpRelay: Aura account
Requesting Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Aura account, please email us at [email protected].
Where possible, please send your request from the email address associated with your Aura account. This helps us verify your identity and process your request more efficiently.
Verification
To protect your account, Aura may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing a deletion request. This is to prevent unauthorized deletion of accounts.
Confirmation
You will receive confirmation after your account deletion request has been reviewed and processed. Support requests are reviewed during business days.
Information That May Be Retained
Certain limited information may be retained after account deletion where required for:
- Safety and the protection of other users
- Fraud prevention and abuse detection
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Dispute resolution and enforcement of our terms
Subscriptions
Important: Deleting your Aura account may not automatically cancel a subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel a subscription, you may need to manage it separately through the applicable store’s subscription settings.
- Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Google: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
