Our commitment to protecting minors
Adults Only
UpRelay: Aura is for adults aged 18 and over exclusively. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from using Aura. We take this requirement seriously and enforce it across every aspect of the Service.
Prohibited Conduct Involving Minors
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Aura, without exception:
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Any content, conduct, or communication that sexually exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
The creation, distribution, possession, or solicitation of child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited.
Grooming
Any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse is strictly prohibited.
Exploitation of Minors
Any form of exploitation of minors, whether sexual, labor-related, or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.
Trafficking Involving Minors
Trafficking of minors for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
Attempts to Contact or Solicit Minors
Any attempt to contact, solicit, or engage minors through Aura is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement
Aura enforces child safety through the following principles:
- Account removal: Accounts that violate child safety policies are subject to immediate removal.
- Suspension and termination: Users who violate child safety policies may be permanently banned from Aura.
- Evidence preservation: Where legally required, Aura may preserve evidence related to child safety violations.
- Reporting to authorities: Aura reports violations involving minors to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law, including reporting obligations under the laws of jurisdictions where we operate.
