You can access and review the profile information you have provided to Aura. Your profile details, preferences, and compatibility information are available to you within the Aura app.

Symbolic Insight

Aura’s symbolic-insight features are entirely optional. You may choose not to provide symbolic-insight information, and you may disable symbolic-insight features at any time. Disabling symbolic insight does not affect your core compatibility experience.

Nearby Features

You control whether Aura’s nearby features are active. Nearby encounters are mutual-only and consent-based. You can disable the nearby feature at any time.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Aura account at any time. For details on how to request account deletion, please visit our Account Deletion page.

Communication Preferences

You may manage your notification and communication preferences within the Aura app.

Data Portability and Access Requests

Aura does not sell your personal data.

Subscription Billing

Subscription billing is managed by Apple or Google through the applicable app store, not directly by Aura. For questions about subscription charges, please refer to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
