Our Community
Aura is a premium romantic compatibility app for adults. We are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and inclusive community. These guidelines apply to all users and all content on Aura, including profiles, messages, photos, and interactions.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Aura. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
Minors
Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from using Aura. Aura is exclusively for adults.
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Any content, conduct, or communication that sexually exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited. This includes any form of child sexual abuse.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
The creation, distribution, possession, or solicitation of child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited.
Grooming
Any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse is strictly prohibited.
Trafficking
Human trafficking, including the trafficking of minors or adults for any purpose, is strictly prohibited.
Impersonation
Misrepresenting your identity or pretending to be another person is prohibited. Your profile should represent you authentically.
Scams and Fraud
Using Aura to deceive, defraud, or financially exploit other users is strictly prohibited.
Financial Solicitation
Soliciting money, gifts, or financial support from other users is prohibited.
Harassment and Bullying
Targeted harassment, bullying, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact is prohibited.
Threats and Intimidation
Threats of violence, harm, or any form of intimidation toward another user are strictly prohibited.
Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content or conduct that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is prohibited.
Stalking
Stalking, including persistent unwanted contact, monitoring, or following another user, is strictly prohibited.
Location Misuse
Misusing Aura’s proximity or location features to track, follow, or identify another user’s location without their consent is prohibited.
Doxxing
Sharing another person’s private identifying information (such as home address, phone number, workplace, or other personal details) without their consent is strictly prohibited.
Unsolicited Sexual Content
Sending unsolicited sexual content, including explicit images or messages, is prohibited.
Non-Consensual Intimate Content (NCII)
Sharing, threatening to share, or distributing intimate images or content of another person without their consent is strictly prohibited.
Commercial Sexual Solicitation
Using Aura for commercial sexual solicitation or advertising of sexual services is prohibited.
Spam and Inauthentic Behavior
Spam, bot activity, mass messaging, fake profiles, and other inauthentic behavior are prohibited.
Enforcement
Aura enforces these guidelines through a combination of user reporting and review. Enforcement actions may include:
- Removal of violating content
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law
Reports are reviewed during business days. Safety-related reports are prioritized.
