Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UpRelay: Aura (“Aura,” “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and UPRELAY YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Adult-Only Eligibility

Aura is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.

3. Service Description

Aura is a premium romantic compatibility app. Aura surfaces better-fit candidates through thoughtful compatibility assessment, not endless swiping or random matching. Aura is not a hookup app, not an anonymous chat service, and not a location-browsing product.

Aura does not guarantee a soulmate, perfect match, relationship outcome, or compatibility certainty. The Service is provided to facilitate introductions between compatible adults.

4. Service Availability

The active Aura service, candidate community, and nearby experience are currently available in Bali. Aura may be downloaded internationally from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store; however, international availability does not constitute a global service launch. Active features, nearby encounters, and the candidate community may be limited to the current service area.

5. Account and Registration

To use Aura, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use Aura in accordance with our Community Guidelines and all applicable laws. You may not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

7. Content Standards

All content you create, upload, or share through Aura must comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Aura may offer subscription features. Payments for subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Aura does not directly collect or store your payment card information. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are governed by the applicable store’s terms and conditions.

To manage or cancel a subscription, please use the subscription management settings provided by your app store.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by or licensed to UPRELAY YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

By posting content on Aura, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UPRELAY YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UPRELAY YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
